Shipping Information:

When you place your on-line order, shipping well be adjusted when we enter your items in our system. Our site will not automatically add 2.00 for each additional doll, so we will do it manually. Whatever it denotes on your order is what shipping will be. However, each additional doll will only be 2.00. Larger dolls are more shipping.

Ordering Information:

You may trust us when we say that your confidential information is completely safe using our secure online server. Whenever you are ordering from a secure server you will see a small padlock appear on the bottom of your screen, this lets you know that your information is safe and secure. This feature will only appear once you reach the screen asking for your credit card information. We shred any info when we are done with it. Of course if you still don't feel comfortable, you can just give us a call and place your order right over the phone. 813-626-6817 All our merchandise is Mint in box unless otherwise noted. When you put in your credit card number, please also include your credit card code from the back of your card. It is the last three digits on the signature line or above it. You can put it on the same line as your name. Thanks.

Shipping Information:

We ship all items if they are in stock, immediately upon payment. If an item is pre-ordered, as soon as it arrives it is shipped. If your shipping at checkout comes out with multiple charges......International shipping will be the price it cost to your country. Your order is not charged at checkout...we enter your credit card manually and you are not charged till we ship your order. There are no charges applied to your card until we ship the item you requested, unless it is a layaway.

We do offer a layaway plan which is 10% down and equal monthly payments in 6 months on items over $250.00. There are no returns on layaway items unless the item is cancelled by the vendor. Larger purchases can be worked out.

Store Credits are valid for 90 days after the date given. After this period, they will be forfeited and no refund can be given.

There are No Returns or Exchanges on NRFB, MIB, Sale Items, Books, or Magazines.

PREORDERS:

A deposit is required for every doll being placed on preorder. The deposit amount will vary from doll to doll, and is usually 10% of the price of that item.  Preorder items are shipped out as they are arrive into stock. We do try to ship items together when possible, but this generally does not happen as most of them come in at different times. We cannot hold items to be shipped together only because we do not have the facilities to do so. 

When the item comes into stock it automatically gets charged the balance plus shipping and then it is sent out. We notify you when we ship your item by email. UPS also sends you an acknowledgement with your tracking number. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any change in their address, phone number, or credit card information. In the event that we are unable to contact you, it may result in the cancellation of the entire order.

There are No Cancellations, No Returns, and No Transfers. Any Preorder Cancellation will result in Forfeiture of all deposits and cancellation of entire order. We thank you for your order and will work with you in any way we can. WE ARE EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
